Bryan Kent
FOUNDER
Bryan is a live-event operator, production leader, and founder-minded executive known for building complex experiences at scale and bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to high-pressure environments. With a career rooted in large-format festivals, national tours, and major sporting and cultural events, Bryan operates at the intersection of logistics, production, and human experience — where precision and creativity must coexist.
Over the past decade, Bryan has held senior operational and leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer (Tours), Project Manager, Tour Manager, and Production / Stage Operations Lead, overseeing end-to-end execution for some of the most recognizable live events in the country. His experience includes large-scale productions such as Lollapalooza, Hangout Fest, Shaky Knees, Oceans Calling, the NCAA Final Four, Innings Festival, Nashville’s 4th of July Celebration, and Nashville New Year’s Eve, among many others. Across these events, he has led load-in and build operations, coordinated multi-department crews, managed transportation and routing, overseen budgets and compliance, and served as a primary point of trust for clients, artists, promoters, and stakeholders.
Bryan’s leadership style is grounded in calm execution, clear communication, and long-term relationship building. He has managed touring and event operations for national organizations and brands, including Nike SPARQ, Cadillac Golf, GMC Monday Night Football, RCX Sports, Intersport, Turnkey DOT, Redlight Management, and the Sturgis Buffalo Chip, consistently navigating tight timelines, evolving scopes, and high public visibility. His background also includes early experience in construction project management, reinforcing a practical, systems-driven approach to planning, infrastructure, and on-site execution.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Bryan brings discipline, accountability, and decisiveness to every project, while maintaining a people-first mindset that prioritizes team alignment and shared purpose. Today, his focus extends beyond execution alone — toward building scalable event platforms, meaningful partnerships, and experiential brands that leave a lasting impact on both audiences and communities. Based in Franklin, Tennessee, Bryan remains deeply engaged in the live events industry and is actively shaping the next chapter of large-scale experiential entertainment.
Elyse McKenna
BRAND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Elyse McKenna is a Nashville-based executive and business development leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands, scaling companies, and creating strategic partnerships across entertainment, technology, hospitality, and consumer industries.
Her background spans leadership roles at every stage of growth, including CEO of Dark Horse Recording and Thiel Audio, Director of Venue & Promoter Partnerships at DICE, SVP of Business Development at Hurdl, and Business Development Executive at Vacasa. Across these roles, she has focused on translating vision into execution and relationships into measurable growth.
Elyse has launched products into national retail and media markets, built revenue pipelines exceeding $100M, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and led cross-functional teams through periods of growth and transformation. Her career began in music and digital marketing, where she helped generate over $12M in touring revenue at Songkick and secured more than $1M in new business within her first year at Topspin Media.
She holds a degree in Marketing from Harding University and remains committed to philanthropy, community engagement, and leadership development, with a focus on building ventures that elevate experiences and create long-term value.
